Our small school environment allows us to create programs and practices which cater for student needs, not only academically, but also in cultural, sporting and social areas. teachers continually assess and monitor student progress, promoting optimum achievement for each child.
We encourage the involvement of parents and community in every aspect of school life, as we work towards developing genuine and productive partnerships with our families.
Our aim is to provide every child with the skills, knowledge, experiences and confidence to become active and effective citizens and to reach their full potential.To this end, our programs cater for individual learning styles and needs, and we encourage critical thinking, creativity and problem solving across all the KLA's.
Students are encouraged to take on responsibility in day to day school life, and are actively involved in making decisions which affect them.
As well as a rigorous academic program, our children enjoy success in a range of sporting activities, in both individual and team sports. All students participate in a very "hands on" environmental program, specialist art and dance teachers provide quality tuition in these areas, and choir and music groups are also available.
